Great spa pedicure. Gigi was so careful and meticulous and I felt really pampered. She helped me pick a cool purple polish and I love it too! She was attentive to a particular issue with one toenail and it’s never looked or felt better. And what a nice person. 10 stars! The reception person was also wonderful, personable and very helpful. I set a whole group of future appointments in advance because I know Gigi will be so busy once Memorial Day comes. Thank you!

She assesses my mess and creates this artistic, refined presentation that yields ease of styling and a gazillion compliments. I travel 3 hours every 3 months to have her magic skills give me the very BEST haircut of my LIFE every.damned.time. IF you get lucky enough to schedule with her, you will never leave. There is NO better.

First time there, and I was very happy with everything about my pedicure. The place is very clean and bright and people offered me tea and coffee. It looks to me like proper cleaning practices and sanitation are consistently being used. The front staff is so nice and so efficient! Gigi is a blast and I was very happy with her care, attention to every detail, wonderful attitude and the fact that I could actually talk with her (some salons have staff whose English is minimal). She was especially careful to check out one toe that I had questions about. And when I discovered upon getting ready to leave that one big toe had somehow gotten smudged (not the salon’s fault - it was probably the way I put the flip flops on) everyone worked to make it right. The oil and baggie method didn’t work for me this time, but I still deeply appreciate what you all did to make sure you have a happy customer. I have already made an appointment to return for another pedicure. Thank you!

Shear Design has been my go to whenever I need a hair fix or cleanup. This Saturday I forgot to make an appointment. They were busy for the full day taking care of a wedding party. The salon was very accommodating despite my mixup about an appointment. They are warm and welcoming. I worked with Hannah- who was very methodical in blow drying my hair which tends to be a bit thin. She used products that added bounce and volume. In addition, she used something to assist with frizz, especially in this heat. I would definitely recommend the salon.

Like I always say, Bailley is good at her work. I’m not sure the Aveda shine treatment was worth $30. Maybe it would look better if I had my hair ironed like in the picture on the mirror in the hall.
